Tri County Adult Day Health Services, Inc. has been providing compassionate care to the elderly for over 20 years. Our goal is to provide the support needed to keep seniors and other adults in the home and their community.
Our activities at the center include:
- Skilled nursing supervision

- Medication administration and medical monitoring

Adult Daycare Services
Are you worried about leaving your loved one home alone? Do you need an occasional break from your caregiving role? Do you want your loved one would benefit from getting out of the house?
Our adult daycare center is the perfect solution for you! The nursing home or assisted living facility is not your only option.
Homecare Services
We offer a full range of personal care services in your home. We tailor our plan of care to your specific needs and give you the individualized care that you deserve.
Our workers are trained to work with persons needing assistance with bathing/hygiene, mobility, medication reminders, and medical monitoring.
Transportation Services
We offer a full range of transportation services to fit your needs. If your loved one attends adult daycare we will transport them to and from the center each day.
Do you need a ride to a medical appointment? We will be sure to get you there safely and on time. No more missing doctor’s appointments because your transportation provider is a no-show.
Free transportation is provided through Medicaid and some Medicare programs.
